If you are experiencing any problems, or your system just does not seem to be operating normally, the first thing that you should do is a SHUT-DOWN so that the computer is powered completely off. This will reset all hardware and software components of the system. That is something that a simple restart will not accomplish.
If the modem or network card, or some other component, has fallen into an error condition, the shut-down will hopefully reset everything to its default state and may end up correcting whatever system problem you are experiencing.
NOTE: If e-mailing support, please state your Inwave or XTA login (username) in your
message if you are using a non-Inwave e-mail account to assist us in identifying
problems.
