T6 Broadband Essex/Inwave Mail server Outage March 17th 2011We have encountered a major problem with our e-mail platform that serves users in the following e-mail domains: @essex1.com, @dsl.essex1.com,@wireless.essex1.com,@sbmconnect.com,@wmccinc.com, @pecbell.com, @inwave.com, @inwave1.com and @xta.com. We appreciate your patience in this matter and apologize for the inconvenience. We have been working with our vendor and several of our staff through the night to resolve the problem. Unfortunately we need to rebuild the server platform and will not be able to move old e-mails at the same time the server is rebuilt. Since copying old e-mails to the new system would further delay the restoration of e-mail services, we feel that our first priority should be to restore e-mail service to a stable state. Update: E-mail service was restored and running on the new server March 17th at 4:00pm. Past messages stored on the old server are now retrievable. A webmail link to the old server will be provided below. Old messages can be read there. A link to instructions on downloading the old e-mails will also be provided below. Note: There are still performance issues with the old mail server. If you experience problems with the OLD E-mail link below, it may be temporarily unavailable.
